These are the results John achieved using my revolutionary "Amazing Body Remodeling Formula". Pretty incredible huh? And at the typically "over the hill" age of 49, which makes it all the more remarkable.

Here's a brief history of how I developed my Amazing Body Remodeling Formula:

When I first discovered it I had no plans to ever make it available to others; I just created it for myself because I was so fed up with being out of shape - I was literally forced to develop it. Why? Because for 8 years I tried everything imaginable -- but never could get my body to look anything like the ones I envied in the magazines. No matter what I did my body never really did change much. And after years or trying to lose fat and gain muscle I finally came to the realization that I had bad genes for doing just that. Well, there you have it. In John's opinion the best all-encompassing program for getting in shape he's ever seen or experienced. But he's not the only one that has praise for my program. Here's what others have to say too:

"As an Engineer I tend to research things fully before I purchase them. i.e. If I'm going to buy a car, I tend to know more than the dealer does about that particular vehicle because I'll have read numerous car mags, internet articles, message boards, etc. I don't want to fall for any sales pitch. I decided to search the internet so I believe I typed in either "Bodybuilding or Muscle building", or something like that, and came across your website. I read what was there and these were my thoughts:

A. Hmmm..look at this guy Hank Johnson's before and after pic..AMAZING! I
don't think I'll ever look like that, but if I could look half as good as

is this guy in great shape..he's also got a good sound technical brain on

C. I like that Hank's principles are based on sound technical advice and
research. You back up all of your statements with proven results..I think
that's important.
D. I like the fact that there are NO miracle cures,drugs or gimmics in
achieving the results that Hank did. I always believed hard work,
dedication, and perserverence were ways to achieve things in life.
E. I like the fact that Hank is offering his advice via an email book. I
can just print it out and get to reading right away. No wasted time.
F. Wow..only $39 to get started on changing your life for the better. How
can that be a bad deal?
G. Hank was the 1998 EAS Body for Life winner? He beat 220,000 people and
he was just a regular looking Joe Schmoe..just like me. Impressive!

Besides what I mentioned above, I think what excited me the most was that your program was descriptive in regards to what to eat, when to eat, what to exercise, when to exercise, when to do cardio, how to do cardio,

It's amazing how even after doing a routine every six days, (I rotate the six workouts, one each day) I can increase my weights the next time I get to that workout. And with the max muscle routines, I overload my weights. With each set I add more weights and believe it or not, it becomes EASIER to lift heavy weights!

"I started the program around the 28th of August, 2002. When I started the program I weighed 226 lbs and felt quite comfortable with the exercises and methods you prescribed.

After about two weeks or so I noticed that my size 38 waist pants were getting very loose, and my belt had no more holes in it. so I dropped down to a 36 inch waist. I continued on struggling somewhat with the diet because of my work schedule and getting used to preparing the meals.

Although, just eating like you recommended for the 5 days during the week and eating several small meals instead of 3 huge meals like I used to was enough to achieve great results. It did not take long to get into the habit of preparing my meals ahead of time and packing stuff to take to work with me. I started off with protein drinks and then actually packing my "ultimate" meals in take along containers.
