An informal and accidental "real-world" research study was performed by members of an elite class of humans -- Mr. Olympia bodybuilding winners. They have always had access to a multitude of products to help them achieve their super human shape. And without them even knowing it was happening, years later it was discovered that -- every single Mr. Olympia winner throughout the 1980's used one company to supply their nutrition needs -- even those who were sponsored by other companies and could get their supplements for free -- this research revealed Beverly International products dramatically affected these athletes physiques in a world-class way.

Weight training is actually not the muscle building endeavor most people think it is. What actually happens as weights are lifted in an intense manner is trauma is induced -- in the form of microscopic damage to the muscle cells you're working.

In general terms, intensely worked muscles result in soreness, protein leakage (as seen by increased plasma enzyme levels), and loss of strength.

Immediately following exercise CK (Creatine Kinase - an enzyme) is released into the bloodstream. Scientists look for this as a marker that muscles were damaged.

Looking at the exercised muscles underneath a microscope after an intense weight lifting session reveals there is localized damage of the contractile tissues in and around the area of the muscle(s) just worked.

If you would like to read the scientific details describing the damage caused by intensely worked muscles then CLICK HERE.

Taking From Peter To Pay Paul...

The process of regenerating damaged muscle tissue is automatic. However, its speed of regeneration is highly dependent upon the body's protein intake.

And when this process is "turned on" it will take protein from wherever it can obtain it. If your protein intake is inadequate, then your body will "steal" amino acids -- proteins -- from other tissues of your body in order to supply the "more essential" need at the moment -- freshly exercised and damaged muscle.

In a regular exercise program there is always muscle tissue that is damaged. This means your body is constantly on the search for protein in order to complete this regeneration mechanism. And it can't distinguish if the protein it needs came from your dietary intake or from amino acids taken from your biceps, or shoulders, or any other muscle group in your body.

Not providing an adequate intake of protein will trigger your body to 'rob' one area of your body to use for another -- effectively negating any progress you made in that other area.

Because while one area of the body is being regenerated -- another area is destroyed in order to supply the muscle building proteins the damaged area needs. A vicious cycle develops of stagnated progress.

Taken to the extreme, over time -- without adequate protein intake from dietary sources -- muscle tissue from throughout the body will be reduced.

The consequences from this would be: loss of strength, a slowing of metabolism, and possible irreversible muscle fiber damage characterized by cell necrosis, or death -- as reported by G.L. Warren, J.A. Warren, and R.B. Armstrong in the Journal of Sports Medicine, 1991: Mechanisms of exercise-induced muscle fiber injury -- C.B. Ebbeling, P.M. Clarkson in the Journal of Sports Medicine, 1989: Exercise-induced muscle damage and adaptation -- and R.L. Lieber, Lars-Eric Thornell, and Jan Friden in the Journal of Applied Physiology, 1996: Muscle cytoskeletal disruption occurs within the first 15 min. of cyclic eccentric contraction.

However, as negative as this process is there is something that can be done to minimize or stop it -- and can result in all exercised muscle to come back bigger and stronger. You can...

Use This Example From...

Elite bodybuilders who have discovered that a significantly increased protein intake -- which typically exceeds the RDA (recommend daily allowance) by several hundred percent -- causes an increased and accelerated muscle growth rate.

They've actually known this for decades -- something the medical and scientific community has within the past 10 years been verifying is true.

Although decidedly unscientific, the bodybuilders methods of greatly increasing their protein intake was no accident. Through trial and error over the years -- quickly dropping what didn't work and keeping and refining what did -- they came upon the...

Formula For Success!

Bodybuilders discovered the best way to supply this increased protein to their bodies -- that caused the fastest lean muscle tissue growth -- was to eat 5, 6, even 7 or more times per day -- making sure each meal consisted of the highest quality protein they could find.

Something else they discovered was this required a lot of eating -- and cooking -- on their part. In order to minimize the time spent providing nutrition for their bodies, protein supplements in the form of powders and pills were developed.

Which Protein Is Best?

Using research on humans and animals and combining it with real-world results in the "field", protein supplements could be developed that actually were much better for building muscle than regular food.

Again, bodybuilders do nothing by chance, and this applies to every aspect in their process of...

Getting Into Top Shape

And although it would seem highly coincidental, every single My. Olympia winner -- the pinnacle of all bodybuilding contests in the world -- throughout the 1980's used a company called Beverly International to supply their protein supplementation needs.

I believe this spoke mountains for the results these athletes achieved. They had access to the best products in the world yet they all chose one...BEVERLY INTERNATIONAL.

"There are only a few supplement companies I feel comfortable recommending to others who are interested in making a physical transformation. Beverly International is one of them.

I have tried many products and can honestly say that you notice Beverly's attention to quality -- from the taste & consistency of their Ultra Size & Muscle Provider to the effectiveness of their entire line of products.

By the way, no other protein powder gives me the *pump* that Ultra Size and Muscle Provider do! You FEEL the difference!

If you're interested in quality & results, I suggest you give Beverly International a try & see the difference for yourself."
