A recent
study showed that casein was able to promote a significant
nitrogen balance increase when compared to straight whey
protein alone.
Nitrogen
balance is simply a way to measure how protein you
ingest is retained by your body.
A
positive nitrogen balance means your body is storing more
nitrogen (protein) than it releases.
A negative nitrogen balance occurs when your body
releases more nitrogen (protein) than it takes
in (remember, your body is constantly storing and
releasing proteins depending on its state - protein
intake being the biggest determining factor in whether you're
in a positive or negative nitrogen balance).
The more
of a positive balance you have, the more protein your body
retains. This indirectly means more potential muscle growth
and fat loss.
The scientists found casein formed
a gel in the stomach of the study participants. This
gel then released a steady stream of amino acids into
their bloodstream for several hours after eating it.
This
provided a potent anticatabolic effect that promoted nitrogen
(protein) retention which in turn provided a positive
muscle-building environment.
Does
this mean that the whey was not as good as the casein? Not at
all...what the scientists found was the whey protein caused an
extremely quick rise in the blood-borne amino acid pool. They
also found that this quick rise was also followed by a drop as
well.
The
whey protein alone caused no net
increase in nitrogen retention.
[note:
this is yet another example of the value of using only mixed
proteins and never taking only one type,
especially whey protein, alone]
The
lesson to learn from this study is this. Take a whey protein
(anabolic) for the initial increased rise in amino acids, and
combine it with an anticatabolic protein such as casein,
lactalbumin, beef, and/or egg white for a sustained,
time-release effect.
This is
the way to get the best effect and results from your proteins.
This combination will give you more muscle
and in turn help burn more fat from your
body.
Not Just Any Chicken
Finally, the egg white protein used in the
Complete MRP is a crucial ingredient for
muscle growth and repair.
The
100% egg white protein has been the gold standard for nearly
twenty years. As Roger says, "I couldn't possibly formulate
the best MRP on the market today without it."
You Won't Find This
Ingredient Anywhere Else
One
of the most intriquing new proteins developed recently is
one that's derived from beef, hydrolyzed beef plasma.
Recent
research studies show hydrolyzed beef plasma to be the number
one protein for muscle building...period. You'll probably be
hearing a lot more about this protein in the future.
And
as I've hammered into your head by now (sorry), in order to
lose fat effectively you MUST increase your lean muscle
mass.
As
always, Beverly is ahead of the game where it comes to
cutting-edge ingredients. And you are the one to benefit
because nobody else in the industry has this ingredient in
their product.
Man Does Not Live On Bread Alone
(though a little every once in a while is
nice)
An
unequaled protein profile is only part of the equation when
making a great MRP. The type of carbohydrates used are
critically important too.
The
most critical point being its effect on your blood sugar
levels.
Make
sure you remember this -- whenever
your blood sugar is elevated fat burning stops. This is a
given.
And in
order to maximize fat loss you will be eating 5-6 times per
day. Now if every time you ate your blood sugar rose
significantly, your fat burning ability would be reduced each
time.
So even
if you ate 5-6 times per day but your blood sugar rose each
time, that would be at least 5-6 hours your body would
not be burning fat.
If you
did this every day times say, a years time, the difference in
fat burning vs eating meals that didn't raise your blood sugar
would be enormous.
I've
done some investigation of the typical MRP's on the market and
have not been too impressed with my results.
I've
used a Gluco-Meter (diabetics use it to check their blood
sugar levels) after eating various MRP's available and every
single one raised my blood sugar levels too high.
These results are included with a special bonus
report I'm going to give you. Keep reading to find out how
to get it.
The
problem is in the carbohydrate source they use. Most companies
use maltodextrin. The thing with maltodextrin (which is
derived from corn) is that there are a wide variety of types.
Some good and some bad for you, fat-loss-wise.
Maltodextrin is categorized by its DE, or
Dextrose (sugar)
Equivalent rating. The higher
the DE rated maltodextrin number is, the more it acts
like a simple sugar in your body, raising your blood sugar,
and stopping your fat-burning process right in its
tracks.
A lower
DE rated maltodextrin acts more like a complex carbohydrate
(vegetables, beans, etc) and is released into your bloodstream
in a more steady, even fashion.
This
minimizes blood sugar rises, provides more sustained energy,
and allows fat burning to
continue.
The
problem lies in labeling, or better yet, the lack of detailed
labeling. Most companies won't put the DE rating on their
labels for the maltodextrin they use .
And they probably don't want to tell you
anyway because they use the cheapest type of maltodextrin
which is the high DE rated kind -- the kind that acts like
sugar in your body.
Bottom
line here: The only way to know you're always putting the best
ingredients in your body is one, to hope
the manufacturer is diligent and trust-worthy enough to
always do so or two, to ask them.
Since you can't typically ask them you're stuck
with having to trust the manufacturer (or not) when they
say their product is truly the best for you.
And as
has been proven time and again with each and every one of
their products, Beverly International once
again provides you with only the best by providing the lowest
DE rated maltodextrin currently available in the
marketplace.
And the
only reason they do this is
results.
Their
philosophy is unshakable to the core...
To provide you the best products science and
real-world results have shown will benefit you the most in
terms of fat loss, muscle gain, and overall
health.
When you realize how hard this statement is to truly
fulfill you can begin to understand the uniqueness of a
company that always follows this credo.
More Sneaky Tricks and
Tactics
It is difficult because in the temptations for the
almighty buck, a manufacturer can use tricks and
sneaky tactics to make it look like they're
providing good products when in actuality
they're cutting corners to make more money.
This is so easy to do it's ridiculous. Just look at the
one example of the much less expensive high DE maltodextrin vs
the costly low DE one.
By looking at the label you'll never be able to tell
one from the other.
You'll think you're saving money because one product
will be less expensive than another and "the labels look the
same..." so you buy the cheaper one.
But your body will know the
difference.
And if you're spending money to improve your body but
you spend less on one product than another (because you think
you're saving money) and get no or negative results, then what
you've really done is w-a-s-t-e money.
As you recall I've already gone this route. It
took me 8 years (and $12,000+ wasted, hard-earned dollars) to
finally see the error of my ways.
And you'll never have to worry about fat
storage!
There's
natural and essential fats in the Ultra Size which, as I've
mentioned, are vitally important to not only your fat loss
goals, but your health too.
I
challenge you to look at the label of any other MRP and find
any trace of essential fatty acids. It's just not done because
its' a hassle for manufacturers to do this not to mention
expensive.
Plus,
they just try to ride the current 'bandwagon' of popular
public opinion, the latest one being that all fats in your
diet must be kept low.
They
don't care about providing you what's best for you, they're
all just after the proverbial buck.
So they
advertise their real low fat content in their MRP's as
being something that's good for you. Nothing could be further
from the truth.
You
need healthy, essential fatty acids every single
day in your diet in order to operate at 100%
efficiency and peak fat-burning capacity -- essential
fatty acids help burn bodyfat.
The
essential fatty acids in the Ultra Size are
enough to provide you with their benefits yet still low enough
to aid in fat burning and muscle building - did you know
if your fats are too low your testosterone levels will drop
too?
There
is a direct relationship between fat intake and your
testosterone output. Drop your fat intake and your
testosterone follows suit.
And low
testosterone levels, everything else being equal, make muscle
building (and fat loss) much harder to accomplish.
In
the "Ultimate Results" program you'll
be receiving you'll learn about a special fat that's a potent
"fat decoupler."
What
this means is it will actually direct your fat cells to
"decouple" or break apart easier, essentially allowing your
body to release fatty acids into your bloodstream for use.
If
you time this right (I'll show you exactly how in your program),
those released fatty acids will be used for energy and not
be reabsorbed into your body.
As you
can see, Ultra Size contains every micronutrient essential to
growth, muscle repair and maximum performance to help
you...achieve your physique
goals.
Are you
beginning to see the value behind these supplements?
In
reality they're not supplements, just pure,
unadulterated, and concentrated nutrition of the highest
quality you could ever put into your body.
It's Time For Action
As I mentioned previously,
I've chosen what I felt were 3 of the best Beverly
International products. One's you'll be able to feel and see
results with right
away.
I haven't told you much about the
Mass Amino's you'll be receiving. Let's just
say I'll let the results speak for themselves on this one.
When you combine the
Ultra 40, Ultra
Size, and the Mass
Amino's and take them every day on a consistent
basis, you'll be BLOWN AWAY by your results.
I've
seen the muscle building/fat loss results others have
gotten from this combo -- it's happened so many times
that I know it will happen to you too.
