Question
2:
What will happen if I follow the diet prescribed, but don't use
heavy
weights for my workouts? I have arthritis which keeps me from
being able to do really strenuous exercise. Can I still benefit
from your program?
Answer:
As
is always the case, the more effort you put into your exercise
routine
the more you'll get out of it. However, if you're limited by arthritis
or any other physically-limiting ailment or condition, you can
still make great progress by working within your limitations.
And what you'll find as you get fitter and healthier is you'll
far surpass what you previously thought your limits were in a
surprisingly short period of time.
The
body can "self-repair" a variety of ailments if you
consistently give it high octane fuel in the form of a super healthy
diet (which you'll find in your Amazing Fat Loss Formula manual)
and powerful body-repairing, strength-inducing supplements (I'll
tell you which are the best and which will do nothing for you).
But
the most important reason you can still make progress even if
you don't exercise at all is my specially formulated diet program.
Although it is designed to complement someone who is training
hard, if you can't exercise intensely you can still make great
progress. What you do in this case is follow the same "ratios"
of protein, carbs, and fats I outline while slightly reducing
the portion sizes I give you.
Even
if you follow ONLY the diet and do nothing else you'll be so far
ahead of every other dieter out there. And the reason is I've
put together an elegant but simple way to diet that actually "tricks"
your body into losing much more fat.
It
involves manipulating your calorie levels throughout the week
(in an up and down manner) as well as the ratios of proteins to
carbs to fat. Although it may sound complicated, in actual practice
it's quite simple -- and enjoyable. And the best part is you'll
never feel deprived.
Eating
my patented way will manipulate your leptin levels (a potent fat-burning
hormone), increase your T-3 thyroid hormone (another potent fat-burning
hormone), keep your metabolism at high-fat-burning levels (unlike
most other diets which actually slow it down), and refill your
muscle glycogen stores (which helps increase your energy levels,
elevates your mood, and creates the stimulus for lean muscle growth)
-- all designed to work in concert with how your body actually
works to lose stored body fat.

Question
3:
Due to my health condition, I'm not supposed to do strenuous
exercise/lifting, but I do light cardio and some high-reps with
low weights... Do you recommend supplements in your program? And
if you do, would those supplements help me to get more lean (and
lose fat) even if I'm not doing heavy lifting, or would they not
really do anything?
Answer:
Most
people who have health "conditions" are usually severely
undernourished. Notice I didn't say underfed -- there is a big
difference. The real trick to losing fat is maximizing the amount
of "nutrients" you can deliver to your body in a minimum
of calories. Since you have a health condition the first thing
you need to do, even before you start exercising, is to build
the proper foundation. At the base of this pyramid is your diet.
What
you'll find with the Amazing Fat-Burning Formula Body Transformation
Program diet is it's not only designed to
help you lose lots of fat, but it's flat out good for you. You're
never deprived. In fact, it is loaded with foods that are "nutritionally
dense." Just following the diet alone will increase your
nutrition level multi-fold.
Next,
I do recommend supplements. But, you don't have to take them if
you don't want to (though you may change your mind once you read
what I have to say about them below). I've created both a supplement
and non-supplement version of my diet. You chose which one you
want to follow.
While
you'll achieve stellar results just by following my regular diet,
if you really want to "take it to the ultimate level"
you'll want to maximize putting the highest quality and nutritionally
dense foods you can put into your body. And you do this by taking
key supplements. Not just regular pills either.
For
example, the Ultra 40
is one supplement I recommend. It is an incredibly densely packed
nutritional powerhouse of a food. You know all about liver right,
and how it's good for you? Well, how about if I took liver, took
all the cholesterol, fat -- all the bad stuff out, and concentrated
it so it had 40 times the nutritional value of fresh, whole beef
liver? What if I told you that the nutritional profile of this
new "super food" was so good most scientists and doctors
consider it a "perfect food"?
Here's
another one -- Mass
Aminos are the easiest-to-digest form of protein
available anywhere on the planet. Many people have problems with
digestion but nobody has any problem digesting this super protein.
Studies show this particular form of protein gets absorbed DIRECTLY
into your muscle cells to assist with the
continual repair and rebuilding process going on (even if you
don't exercise). This is important because if you consistently
(this is the key word because there is no magic bullet here without
it) eat correctly and take the proper "supplements"
you WILL become healthier, fitter, and leaner -- it's inevitable.
Did
you know the majority of people are deficient in many of the vital
minerals we need just to allow our body to function normally -
much less allow it to lose fat effectively? One of the biggest
deficiencies, and kind of off-topic here but believe it or not
SUPER effective at maintaining heart health (and even helping
prevent heart attacks), is magnesium. I recommend an exclusive
(patented actually) form of Zinc
and Magnesium that is the only know form of magnesium
and zinc to raise deficient levels in humans.
Deficient
levels of these two minerals has been shown to reduce your hormonal
output and make it harder to build lean, fat-burning muscle.
Victor
Conte of BALCO laboratories has spent his life studying this.
He showed even
massive doses of traditional forms of magnesium and zinc failed
to elevate deficient levels. After much research he patented a
specific form of magnesium and zinc that did. This has tremendous
ramifications to the health of an individual by raising the
specific hormone levels designed to help build more muscle and
indirectly burn more fat.
Ever
heard of L-Glutamine?
It is the most abundant amino acid in your body and required by
every single muscle tissue in your body -- the most demanding
ones being
your internal organs. Here's why it's important to never become
deficient in L-Glutamine if fat loss if your goal.
First,
maintaining and raising your lean muscle mass should always be
your main priority. Why? Because muscle is "metabolically
active". Muscle requires lots of calories just to support
its existence. This indirectly helps burn more fat because of
its metabolism-boosting effect (each extra
pound of muscle on your body burns about 35 extra calories per
day).
Now,
because L-Glutamine is in such demand by your internal organs,
they will
do anything to get it. Consequently, if your diet doesn't supply
enough L-Glutamine your organs will literally "tear down"
other areas of your body not deemed as important (such as your
biceps, legs, abs, etc.) to supply them with what they need. Not
a good thing since you'll be literally robbing from "Peter
to pay Paul". The reduced muscle mass will slow your metabolism
down and make it even more difficult to lose fat.
So
yes, I do recommend supplements. But as you can see, these supplements
are really more than meets the eye. They are designed to promote
a super-healthy body state, optimize one's hormone levels (in
a totally natural way), help you build lean, fat-burning muscle,
and get you super-fit and lean.
Finally,
as good as these supplements are they are not absolutely necessary
in order to achieve great success with my program. If you don't
have the resources, or just don't believe they will do anything
for you (in spite of what I just said), you could get my program,
not spend a penny more, follow my "non-supplement" diet,
and still achieve results greater than you could have possibly
imagined.

Question
4:
I HAVE to eat out out an average of four or five times a week
for my job (taking clients to dinner, etc), and it's not socially
acceptable for me to bring my own food to these restaurants...
What should I order from restaurants that will allow me to stick
to my diet as closely as possible?
Answer:
This
is really easy as I do it all the time. First, if it's a high
carb day you'll order fare that is consistent with my prescription
for you that day. Then, be very specific with the waiter. Ask
them to inform the cook to prepare your meal with no additional
butter, sauce, anything -- cook it plain. Most cooks have special
condiments they use on food they cook. Problem is, they're usually
loaded with fat and sugar so they wont do. You can add salt and
pepper to taste once you get your meal. You can even have bread
as long as you don't add any butter to it.
If
it's one of the other days of the week then just order a high
protein meal (chicken, fish or beef - sirloin is a good one) and
steamed veggies -- all cooked plain. Then add a tablespoon of
olive oil to your veggies. No butter or bread on these days.
Finally,
don't finish everything on your plate as most restaurants serve
very large portions. Try and "eyeball" your serving
size based on the sizes you have been eating at home. Then take
the rest home in a doggie bag to eat later.
Trust
me, the waiters and waitresses are more than accommodating and
it becomes quite easy to eat in this manner. An added benefit
is you won't walk away from the table feeling bloated. This will
go a long way towards your fat-loss goals.

Question
5: Look, I like a lot of what's in your program,
but I just can't give up sweets... I HAVE to satisfy my sweet
tooth for desserts a few times a week at least, how can I do this
and still get as much out of your program as possible?
Answer:
This is the beauty of the way I've designed
your program. Yes, you'll get
the most benefit from it if you follow it as I specify. However,
every 3rd day (your high-carb day) you can add in some sweets
and desserts and they, believe it or not, won't do much harm to
your overall progress. But ONLY if you follow the other days of
the week exactly as I outline.
If
you don't then eating sweets and desserts on your high carb days
will completely backfire on you. The best way to do it is to look
at my diet program as a "2-day" diet. You have to follow
my recommendations for only 2 days, then on the 3rd you can have
your sweets and desserts (in moderation mind you) while still
attempting to eat the majority of the foods I recommend on that
day.
Believe
it or not I have been experimenting with a ground-breaking strategy
I'm in the midst of completing (very similar to what's found in
the Amazing Fat-Burning Formula Body Transformation manual --
but with a twist). Once I finish it I'll send it to every one
that has ordered my program, but only if you order by
. After that I have to charge extra for it. It's a diet that will
literally allow you to eat any of your favorite foods (ice cream,
brownies, cake, pastries, cinnamon rolls, etc.). Not all the time
mind you, but at certain times of the week -- AND lose fat in
the process. You'll really want to get my Amazing Fat-Burning
Formula Body Transformation program just for this update alone.

Question
6: I've
been eating a high carb, low fat diet for a long time and thought
I was being very, very healthy. But even though my body fat is
kind of low, I still have unwanted fat on my thighs and butt...
What I've learned from you about the benefits of increasing protein
and the "good" fats is totally new to me, but I don't
have the patience to follow your program to a "tee".
(no offense!) I do light workouts (jogging, light weights, etc)
and don't want to change my exercise program. Can I benefit from
following your prescribed diet without changing my exercise habits,
or is it ONLY of benefit if I do heavy-weight exercises?
Answer:
As I already mentioned, the real power of
my program is in the diet. It's here where you'll make the continual
progress you're looking for regardless of the exercise program
you're following (although you will undoubtedly get better results
if you use the customized exercise programs I've specifically
designed to work together with the diet to help increase fat loss).
So
in short -- YES! You can continue to do your current exercise
program and break through to the next level of body fat loss by
following my diet recommendations alone.
Question
7: Hello there, this is CM (name abbreviated),
I've just read the e-mail that you sent me. Before going any further
I need to let you know that I have been receiving many e-mails
from different companies making me all the same promises... What
makes your program so different from the others that are guaranteeing
the same thing... Before I purchase your program I want to know
if it is right for me and what I'm getting into. Yes I'm skeptical
very skeptical. We all know how easy it is to take someone's picture
and alter it, like putting someone's head on another body. First
of all, you have stated that I wont need to do more then 2 hours
of exercise a week. What kind of exercise does this require? Running,
I'm a smoker and well, lets put it this way, I cant run for the
life of me... What cardio is involved? I have no cardio machines
to use. Secondly, I need to know how much of change I will have
to make in my diet? Currently I'm eating a yogurt for breakfast
or a cereal bar, lunch... truthfully I'm skipping out on it, supper...
trying to maintain low fat, under 50 carbs for meal, basically
a healthy supper.
I
work 9-5 everyday and its not easy to cook lunch when you are
at work. I've been staying away from fast food and drinking pop.
I'm not extremely fat, I weigh 152 pounds and I want to weigh
120-125. I'm 23 years old and tired being "fluffy/pudgy".
I'm honestly not looking to get totally ripped and to have some
prize winning body-builder body. I'm just looking to have a slim
body. I have read your site and many others claiming the same
thing for nearly the same amount of money. What makes your program
any different?
Answer:
I understand where you're coming from. There's
so much information out there today it makes your head spin trying
to decide what is best.
First,
I receive countless testimonials from satisfied customers. Of
course, the skeptic in you might say that I, and others, just
make up the testimonials so we can sell more. A legitimate business
would never need to make them up if they received enough unsolicited
testimonials (as I do)? If the governing bodies were to investigate
I could show them every single one of the testimonials sent to
me and they could contact the sending parties to verify they did
indeed were legitimate. There's no reason for me to take a chance
by making them up. Plus, I couldn't possibly create testimonials
that sounded more convincing than the ones I've been sent.
Also,
I have the original photos for those people that have sent me
their before and after pictures. Again, I'm in this business for
the long haul. I wouldn't even dream of putting up altered pictures
on the chance I would be audited and have to prove their validity.
Why take that chance when I have tons of legitimate photos that
people send me unsolicited?
My
program works, that's a given from my customer testimonials and
before and after photos. However, that doesn't answer your other
question about it being able to fit it into your lifestyle.
I'm
going to get a little tough with you Christine. You're obviously
looking for a solution right? But to me, it sounds like you don't
really want to stray that much from what you're already doing.
Doesn't it make sense that if you don't change what you currently
do that your body won't either?
Listen,
it's not the easiest thing in the world to get into good shape.
Especially with all the foods most of us eat (and I'll tell you,
what you told me you eat will never alllow you to get the body
you want - low fat eating is not going to get you there).
So
you have to change, and you're going to have to plan a little.
If you're not willing to change the way you currently do things
then you're going to have to accept the way your body is. The
weight training exercises I have you do will help a lot, but if
you don't get your diet in order as well you'll be in for a bunch
of disappointment.
How
bad do you want it? You're going to have to plan your meals every
single day. Not just "grab" something when you're hungry
without thought of what you're puting into your body. And you're
going to have to pre-cook some of your meals to reheat in your
office when it's time to eat. These meals will mostly consist
of healthy meats, plenty of fibrous vegetables and added essential
fats. This kind of eating will promote rapid fat loss.
BUT,
and this is a big one, my diet program has a HUGE difference that
nobody else has...
I
incorporate a special eating day every 3rd or 4th day where I
have you eat lots of high carbohydrate foods typically taboo for
most dieters. And guess what, eating this way
WILL HELP YOU LOSE TONS OF FAT. But only if you
eat and exercise as I recommend in the 3-4 days prior. It's really
simple too, you just change the way you eat for one day and you
can enjoy previously forbidden diet foods like bread, pasta, rice,
even sorbet.
But
again, it won't happen all by itself. You have to put some effort
into it. If you're not willing to do so then I recommend you give
up on your search and just accept yourself the way you are.
Think
about this: if you go to a doctor for a condition you have and
he tells you do to something a certain way to cure it but you
don't like his "prescription" and alter it to suit your
"tastes." Do you think you'll be cured?
There
is one drawback I perceive I have with my program - I provide
a lot of information. For some people this can be intimidating.
However,
instead of looking at it that way, look at it as a literal encyclopedia
of information that covers every single aspect on how anyone can
get into the best shape their genetics will allow them to. In
my opinion there is no more complete "get-in-shape"
source of information than what I've put together. And the beauty
of it is that you can take just a small section of it, for instance
the "diet program for non-exercisers", and achieve really
great results JUST by using this one section alone. It amounts
to only 5% of the entire home-study course but will give you instant
results that can easily be incorporated into your lifestyle.
Finally,
you hate cardio...yea, so do I. I truly do. So what did I do?
I found a way to do cardio that gives you the full benefits of
35 minutes of traditional, boring cardio, but can be done in only
4 minutes. I know, sounds like BS. Listen, skepticism is healthy,
but trusting a little is too.
The
cardio I use (which by the way I didn't develop, but is used to
great success by the Japanese speed skating team) is not easy.
But it is over quickly. That's the beauty of it. Plus, you get
an "after-burn" that regular cardio just doesn't provide.
This means you burn the majority of the calories in the hours
after it rather than when you're actually doing it. You'll be
huffing and puffing like mad, but so what. Get over it.
You
want to get fit? Then do what it takes to get there (I'm getting
tough with you again). And listen, this doesn't mean spending
hours working out either. 2-3 hours per week max and you'll get
into a shape you didn't think possible with so little time spent.
I
have you get in, do your thing, get the heck out, and get on with
your life. Understand? No need to spend your life in the gym to
get great results. You'll have to work, but you'll be done before
you know it, with results that will astound you.

Question
8:
Hank,
I have been a big fan of yours for years and I think your transformation
was amazing. I myself have entered the transformation contest
years ago, and let me tell you it was rough.I created the best
body in my life but since then I have let myself go down hill.
I
injured my shoulder and had to have surgery and could not workout
for over a year. Over the last year and a half I have managed
to workout and reduce my weight by 20 pounds. Im currently 6'
2 '' , 230 lbs and 18% body fat. I have read every book and tried
about every program on the planet, but for all the hard work I
never really managed to have a great body. Of course the photo
shoot for the body for life contest I think I looked amazing.
Unfortunetely that did not last for very long because a short
time later is when I injured my shoulder and had to have my surgery.
I
put my contest photo on my computer as a screen saver so, I can
try to incourage myself to achieve this level again. I have so
much frustration to try to accomplish what I have already achieved
once already.
I
was thinking of trying another program like Fransico's program
at www.musclenow.com, then I found your website. I read over your
website and muscle now's website as well. Some of the ideas seem
to be the same like the workout and the raising and lowering of
the calories. Can you give me some insight on this confusion..I
know that alot of the programs out there promise you the world,
but in reality what you really get is a empty pocket book. Thank
you, Alan Tarbell
Answer:
Alan, thanks for your great comments, I'm humbled.
It's
heartening to hear that you have what it takes to do what it takes
to get a great body. It seems your biggest pitfall is keeping
your results once you obtain them.
I've
designed my system to be a 'lifetime' program. The way I created
my diet, AS LONG AS you can follow it for at least 3 days, on
the 4th you can allow some of the foods not typically allowed
on diets, yet retain almost all of the gains you achieved by following
the stricter version of my program. But when I say stricter I
say so in relative terms. It is, but not so much that you can't
still enjoy typical non-diet foods like bread, pasta, rice, etc.
Believe it of not, I've discovered there is a way to systematically
incorporate those foods I just mentioned to HELP you lose fat,
not hinder you like typically is the case. And the best part is
my diet will not leave you deprived like so many others will.
I
looked at Franciso's website. I've seen it before and he seems
genuine. Here's the biggest difference I see. Franciso has very
good genetics for building muscle and losing fat. How do I know
this? Trust me, over the years I can tell just by looking at someone
whether they have what it takes, genetically, to be able to build
significant amounts of muscle and lose fat easily. And Francisco
can definitely build lots of muscle fairly easily, just look at
his after photo. No mere "average" human can build that
kind of impressive musculature naturally (which I believe he did).
If you could ask him I'm sure he would agree. In fact, you should
email him and ask.
Anyway,
my point is this, who would you rather receive advice from: An
individual in awesome shape who when questioned said it was fairly
easy for him to gain muscle even though he may have had a slightly
harder time of losing fat? Or an individual in awesome shape who
said it has ALWAYS been extremely hard for them to gain any kind
of significant muscle and just as hard a time at losing fat. Mind
you, both of these individuals looks great to you and you wouldn't
mind having either of their bodies. If you could only choose one
person to get advice from...who would you choose?
You
see, I was that second individual. I've always had a super hard
time gaining muscle and losing fat, it was simply my bad genetics.
Yet, I was able to not only win a National Body Transformation
contest, but to continue to improve even now at 43 years of age.
Why do you think that was? I certainly couldn't do it the first
8 years I started working out. I looked horrible after working
out for 8 solid years, absolutely terrible. What finally made
the difference? The synergy of the different methods I was literally
forced to find, research, create, and combine together into one
"greater than the sum of its parts" program. I didn't
originally design it to sell it, but to help me get into shape
because I was sick and tired of busting my head against a wall
trying so hard to get in shape with little to nothing to show
for it.
I
have no doubt you will get results from Francisco's program. I
just seriously doubt that you will find a system that will give
you the results for the time spent that my system can. I honestly
believe that. I've only been offering my program for a little
over a year now and I ask you to do one thing. Compare the before
and after photos on my site with those found on Francisco's site.
I believe there is where you will really see the dramatic results
you'll obtain. I was quite disappointed with the before and after
photos on his site (not really though, because it highlights the
effectiveness of my program - especially since he's been offering
it for over 6 years now). Go back to our respective sites and
compare them. Also, CLICK
HERE and check out some of the before and after photos there
(at the beginning and about halfway through the page).
Finally,
as I briefly mentioned, you're going to be spending a mere fraction
of your time in the gym. After all, everyone has much better things
to do that spend their life there. My system will average about
2 1/2 to 3 hours per week in the gym (including cardio). This
is an unheard of small amount of time.
What
I promise you is the best body your genetics allows while spending
79% less time in the gym.
Question
9: I am interested in purchasing
your Amazing Results Program. I have one question - is the diet
program using everyday food or does it involve dietary supplements
(pills / shakes)?
Answer:
Either
or, or both. I have a diet that uses nothing but store-bought
food and no supplements. I also have a diet that incorporates
supplemental shakes, proteins, vitamins/minerals, etc along with
store-bought food. It is your choice which one you want to use.
Question
9: I
signed up for your newsletter and think it's great. But I feel
that I wasted time by trying to lose weight with the Hollywood
celebrity diet-a juice diet for 2 days. Was I just losing water
or both fat and water? Olga
Answer:
Even worse, you lost muscle tissue. If not regained this will
slow your metabolism down, making it harder for you to lose fat
in the future. You need to get on a program that emphasizes adding
lean, shapely, metabolism-boosting muscle tissue.
And the way to do that best is by exercising correctly and eating
the right foods, not by depriving your body of the essential nutrients
required to lose fat as "fad" diets do.
Question
10:
Hello Hank, my name is Pete. Can
you please please help me, Ive been trying everything for the
past 4 years but nothing seems to work. I seem to be having the
same problems where I can never reach my goal and I try my hardest
at it. Ive been searching the net for different things and came
across your program and another one http://www.musclegaintips.com/.
What does your program offer over this one? I want to gain more
muscle mass and it doesnt seem like your program offers that.
Your program seems to offer more fat burning solution than anything
else. His claims to have an Iron-Clad money back guarantee, is
yours guaranteed that no matter what you would recieve your money
back? I'm very catious about these types of things because they
all claim the same results with your money back. Please help,
thank you.
Pete
Answer:
Pete, can
I tell you a secret? I too had, and really still have, an incredibly
hard time at building muscle. While my program may be geared more
for fat loss, in fact, however, it will build incredible amounts
of lean muscle as well, even without modification. However, if
modified slightly (and I talk about how to do this in the "Gaining
Lean Muscle Mass Report" I include with my program), you
will really bust through your previous plateau's. How do I know
this? Because it took me over 8 years to finally figure it out.
I have the worst genetics imaginable for gaining any kind of appreciable
amount of lean muscle. So, because it is so hard for me, I really
had to search for the most effective solutions available. And
I believe I've found them with my program.
Here's
the real difference between my program, and the one offered by
my friend, Anthony Ellis, at musclegaintips.com. Although I'm
sure his program will give you results, I believe mine will give
you more. Why? Because although Anthony professes to be a hard
gainer, in fact he's not. Actually, he's got great genetics for
building muscle. The only reason he couldn't build muscle before
was simply has lack of a consistent eating plan - that's all.
As soon as he started eating regularly he started gaining muscular
weight. It was as simple as that. And regardless of the training
program he used, he would have gained lean muscle. So you see,
the solution to his problem was really easy…eat more…and eat more
regularly.
My
problem, and I'm thinking yours is too, is much more complex than
that. You see, if I simply eat more, I can gain a little more
muscle, yes, but also more fat too…and that's the hard part. The
other hard part is coaxing my body to put on any appreciable amounts
of muscle, even with all the eating. So I had to find a targeted
solution for true hard-gainers (ME) that allowed me to put on
muscle, minimize the fat accumulation, along with an exercise
program that was effective at stimulating my body to gain muscle
(because just lifting heavy weights didn't cut it for me). And
it took me a long time to come up with the right "equation"
that caused my body's muscle-building "machinery" to
turn on.
And
of course, my program also has an iron-clad money back guarantee
as well. Listen, any reputable business will gladly refund your
money if they're in it for the long haul. For one reason or another,
some people will ask for refunds. It could be that they weren't
prepared for the change in lifestyle (and eating habits and exercise)
that an undertaking such as this requires. Whatever it may be,
as an honest businessman you have to honor their requests for
a refund, it's just part of doing business.
So
Pete, I hope this helped answer your questions. Please feel free
to write back if you have any others.
So
what's keeping you from downloading the information that will
positively change your body better than anything out there right
now?
Is
it too expensive?
Well,
I know how it is to be on a shoe string budget. But don't we
all waste more than the cost of my program every month? $39.95
is a literal drop in the bucket compared to the life-changing/body
transformation results you're going to get.
Does
it look too good to be true?
Maybe
you've been scammed more than enough to know you never want to
be taken advantage of again.
That's
OK to feel that way!
It's
our built in defense against con-artists.
I'm
sure you see just as many "get-fit-quick" ads and
scams as I do... trust me, I've seen just about all of them.
That's not to say there isn't some good information out there
-- there is. But how are you going to separate the wheat from
the chaff?
I
personally guarantee my Amazing Fat-Burning Formula/Body
Transformation Program will give you astounding results
if you apply the information I provide you.
What
is stopping you?
Look,
you want to get in really good shape, otherwise you wouldn't be
here. So there's no reason in the world why you wouldn’t want
to get my course. I've tried to answer most of the questions you
may have that are potentially holding you back from getting my
course on this page. But, just in case I haven't, I invite you
to please send me a personal email here.
Please
don't leave if you have questions without sending me an email.
Even if you don't get my course it will help me help others who
may have similar questions of their own by allowing me to post
my response to you here. Thank You!
