What are you doing with your life?

Why is it such a struggle to just be happy?

Ever asked yourself questions like these?

I think we all do from time to time...it's normal to question our existence and our roles. Some lucky few know from early on exactly what they should be doing, others take a little longer to find out. And some unlucky souls never do find out, going through life in a bitter veil of blaming others for problems they placed upon themselves.

Where are you at?

Have you made excuses for not working out recently (or ever)? Or for not being able to get in shape? Have you blamed your genetics, your hormones, your lack of time, your lack of energy, etc. on the reasons why you're still out of shape?

If you have then snap out of it! We all have 24 hours in a day. It's how we manage them that makes all the difference. And I can bet that most of us waste at least 25% of our available time (and probably more).

Lesson 10 - PLAN

Planning is one of those little things that most people think nothing of. Yet it's probably one of the most important.

Most everyone is interested in learning about the latest exercise program or fat loss supplement. That’s perfectly fine and I can’t blame them because this subject is kind
