Fitness Gaining Body Mass

Programs for Gaining Muscle Mass

center There are 50 million programs for fitness, gaining body mass comprising another 50 million. The only problem is most of them have you chugging gallons of milk, sucking down Weight-Gainer 50,000-type shakes like they’re water and eating enough to feed a small country—and this is on a daily basis. Sorry, but that ain’t gonna fly. I’m a chic and I know gaining lean, contractile muscle tissue takes a lot more than running the line at a buffet every night. It takes pushing some serious, hardcore weight at the gym. It requires eating specific ratios of macronutrients, i.e. protein, carbs and fat, at specific times. And, it requires sleep—lots of sleep. center You’re not going to wake up in the morning with new, huge honkin’ slabs of beef strapped to your quads. You’re not going to awaken the next morning and see any changes—but you’ll feel them. If you follow my bulking programs, trust me, you’ll feel them. Gaining true, lean body mass takes dedication, some major amounts of willpower, and yes, time. If muscle grew on trees, we’d all look like Arnold (or Corey in my case).

In the magazine link below, you’re going to learn the science behind lean body mass. We’re going to separate the fact from fiction. You’re not going to gain 15 pounds of muscle in a month. Sorry to disappoint you. You’re going to learn how, what and when to eat. You’re going to learn what happens to your body when you sleep—and this is really cool. And, you’re going to learn that those midnight snacks are not only desirable but crucial to gaining body mass.

So, what are you waiting for? Start reading.
