Weight-Loss Program and Weight-Gain Program Reviews

Everyone is looking for the best weight-loss program or the best weight-gain program. The only problem is that most of them have such unrealistic claims that no one can possibly sustain the results or even achieve them for a minute without some sort of pharmaceutical help.

In this section of the website, we’re going to review all of the popular diets, cutting and bulking plans, and workout programs. Let’s face it, with all the garbage out there on the Internet, someone needs to separate the fact from the fiction and let you know the real, unbiased truth.

We base all of our ratings on science. If a program doesn’t follow the laws of physics, we can’t recommend it. If a program isn’t healthy above all else, we can’t recommend it.

Now, there are instances when you might need a program to lose some weight quickly for an event or something like that. This is understandable and we can recommend certain programs for that. But, don’t think you can sustain the weight-loss or results of these plans. They will not last. I will guarantee you that. They are simply a temporary “fix” and should be looked at as such.

When it comes to weight-gain programs, it’s all logical. I’ll explain this in some of the articles linked below. Gaining lean muscle mass instead of gaining body mass (typically fat) takes time. It takes a delicately planned nutritional program and hardcore workouts that have you screaming with every step you take down the stairs. (You all know what I’m talking about two days after a good leg workout).

So, there’s a time and place for everything but if you want sustained success, sustained results, it’s going to take time.
